i had twin/double room with a private bathroom. i loved the beds, they were comfortable, and how fabulously friendly the staff was.

There were a flat-screen TV with satellite channels, a mini fridge bar and coffee/tea making equipment in the room, enjoyed that. The staff were AMICABLE and competent too.

They went above and beyond to make sure our needs were met, from providing vegan meals to upgrading us to a junior suite. The hotel facilities were top-notch, including the spa and the spacious sun terrace with expansive views. The cleanliness of the rooms was superb, and the location was ideal for exploring this city. The breakfast was fresh and delicious, with a great variety of options. We were thoroughly impressed by the overall quality of the hotel and its staff.

From the moment I arrived, I felt at home. I was welcomed with a friendly smile and all the information I needed. The room was modern and comfortable, with fast and reliable internet. The breakfast and lunch were delicious, and the staff was exceptional. The rooftop terrace, with beautiful views, was the icing on the cake. Its location was perfect for my business needs, and the short walk to the city provided me with an opportunity to explore the area.
